FAQ

  • Every art piece was measured to properly fit the type of prints you choose, therefore we offer different sizes depending on the art piece. There’s an average of 2 sizes options per piece.

  • Yes, of course! For any request of a custom art or size, please fill out the form under Custom art request and we will reach out to you as soon as possible to make your vision a reality.

  • Depending on the size you choose, there’s a 2-5 days production time with a 2-3 ground shipping days. Therefore, you can estimate to receive your order within 7 to 14 business days after placing your order.

  • We understand that looking for the perfect size according to your vision can be difficult. Therefore, please consult our page Size guide to have more information.

  • We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Each order is charged to your credit card at the time it is completed and shipped.

Shipping and returns

  • Since we just started as an ecommerce, we ONLY shipping to USA and Canada. However, we are working very hard to offer shipping internationally. Stay tuned for updates.

  • All pieces are hand made and printed to your desire. Therefore, due to the exclusive nature and value of the pieces, all sales are final.

  • We are very sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, we ask you to contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide detailed photos of both the damaged artwork and the packaging. Upon review and confirmation of the damage, we will endeavor to replace your piece with the same or similar artwork, subject to availability. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer you a full refund. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse any refund/replacement request. Please note, our policy does not cover damage caused by the customer's handling once the artwork has been delivered.

  • Once your order will be shipping, we will provide you a tracking ID by email provided while ordering.

  • It's extremely important that each address field is completed correctly.

    Failure to complete the address correctly or misspelling it can result in the order being delayed and not delivered on the date expected or at all. We are not responsible for lost package. Please contact the shipping carrier for updates.

  • There’s no extra shipping fee when it is time to place your order. However, we do reserve the right to change this offer at anytime.

My Order

  • If you noticed you made a mistake or ordered the wrong size, please notify us within 24 hours after placing your order. Our process system starts production right after 24 hours within the moment you order. Example, if you placed an order a 2pm on a Wednesday, you have until 2pm the next day to notify us by email.

  • We are working diligently to offer this type of service, however for now, we don’t.

  • Separate orders getting shipped to the same address cannot be combined. Therefore, we strongely suggest you to make one order for all the items you wish to purchase.
