When you order from us, our print lab takes great care in preparing your chosen artwork for shipping. We ensure that it is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Our larger prints and original art pieces are shipped directly to you from our studio within 5-7 business days of your purchase.

We work with trusted couriers that are known for their reliability and efficiency to deliver your order. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout, based on your location and the size of the artwork. After we dispatch your order, we will provide you with a tracking number, so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep. Please note that our Canadian and American customers receive free shipping.

Returns policy

Due to the exclusive nature and value of the pieces, all sales are final. However, we understand that accidents happen. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide detailed photos of both the damaged artwork and the packaging. Upon review and confirmation of the damage, we will endeavor to replace your piece with the same or similar artwork, subject to availability. If a replacement is not possible, we will offer you a full refund. Please note, our policy does not cover damage caused by the customer's handling once the artwork has been delivered.
